Smoking inside the property is prohibited, however, smoking is allowed outside on the covered veranda and/or terrace.
The villa is located at the end of a short dead end street. There is no passing traffic so it is very quiet. Coconut Grove is a small project of 10 villas, the houses are mainly owned by Europeans living here permanently or a large part of the year. The villa is within walking distance from the beach, a big luxury shopping mall with supermarket and food square, French bakery, Swiss butcher, shops and many restaurants. The center is 3.5 kilometers over all tarmac road.
